The year is not stated for the review but the reviewer (Robert H Cartmill ends with his own predictions which include "U.S. Population will level at 500 million due to restrictions in American immigration policies"!!! And another --"The American medical delivery system will be completely overhauled, including a national tax-supported health-care system to replace the medical insurance industry."
